A popular service is Remote IT Support which means (with your permission) live remote access to your computer. This service eliminates the expense of callout fees, allows you to work with minimal interruption to your home or office space, and can take place in any location in the world (provided there is a good enough internet connection).
If you are based outside of Australia, this service is also available to you.
Hourly blocks of Remote IT Support can be purchased in advance (before you have a problem) and used later in increments as you need them. The cost of all IT Support is $65 per hour - where travel is required an additional out call fee applies.
